NexusPath collects a referrer’s name, work email, company, role data, and referral notes, along with candidate contact details that a referrer types in.

When you use /scan, the uploaded PDF is processed to extract resume text. The uploaded PDF file itself is not retained. The extracted resume text, job-description text, scores, and matched and missing keywords and sections are stored in the scan record. Scan records do not have an automatic deletion period.

NexusPath is hosted on Polsia.

NexusPath does not sell personal data.

Employer customers are responsible for candidate data collected in their workspace.
