The NexusPath pilot is free and may end with notice by email. It carries no automatic charge.

NexusPath tracks referrals and bonus status. NexusPath does not hire people or pay employees.

Employers pay referral bonuses through their own payroll.

For the same candidate and the same role, the first valid referral earns the bonus.
